The role:
You will join the dynamic and friendly New Media team to develop a range of multimedia to help visitors to enjoy the collection to the full. Initially working on its major Micro Gallery project, an exciting update of the Gallery's original, ground-breaking system, you will play a key role in creating and managing the development of engaging content about the Gallery's permanent collection, making full use of up to the minute new media.

Requirements:
You will be highly skilled at writing in a concise and engaging way for a broad audience and able to edit text quickly and accurately. A demonstrable ability to think creatively about bringing works of art to life through new media is a key requirement for this challenging and rewarding post. You also will have the ability to manage large amounts of content in a variety of media, working within constraints of resources, time and budget to achieve project milestones. You must have a minimum of a first degree, a passion for communicating, two to three years' experience of developing attractive and stimulating material for a diverse audience and experience of managing others.
