The role:
Leading medical information portal for healthcare professionals is looking for an experienced Web Editor. The Editor will have overall responsibility for the site's editorial content, layout and features, sourcing and managing external content and ensuring that all material on the site is up-to-date and of a standard to meet the needs of a highly discerning audience.
Requirements:
As the ideal candidate you will have over 5 years editorial experience within a medical publishing/medical education environment or pharmaceutical company and have ideally been responsible for corporate/product web site editing for at least the last 2 years. You are entrepreneurial and results driven, demonstrating real commercial acumen. A university degree would be an advantage however previous experience of sourcing and managing 3rd party website content is essential.
